Arrive and open with a Sentosa beach evening. Day two is Universal Studios Singapore for a full day. Day three pairs the S.E.A. Aquarium with Adventure Cove waterpark. Day four flies home.
Take the East West line to Outram Park and change to the North East line for HarbourFront, roughly an hour with bags. Buy a child transit card at the airport, since children above 0.9 metres need their own fare card.
The Sentosa Boardwalk links VivoCity to the island on foot and entry is free, which beats queueing for the monorail on weekends. It is stroller-friendly and partly shaded; watch for evening storm clouds.
Siloso Beach has calm water, showers and casual beachfront restaurants that suit early family dinners. Bring swimwear and a change of clothes; the sand is coarse and the sun sets around 19:00 for most of the year.

Universal Studios has family rides and shows alongside thrill coasters, but several attractions enforce minimum height requirements. Check the official ride height chart and the park app before buying tickets, and use child-swap so both parents can ride. Download the app for live wait times and ride the popular attractions at opening time.
Singapore school holidays and the September F1 period bring the heaviest crowds to Sentosa and Universal Studios. Late February to April and July to August are generally quieter, with slightly drier weather. Weekdays outside local holidays mean shorter queues at the aquarium and waterpark; book dated tickets online before you travel.
The Sentosa Boardwalk lets you walk in on foot for free from VivoCity, which suits strollers and older kids. The Sentosa Express monorail from VivoCity is a paid alternative, and public buses and the cable car also serve the island. Inside, the Sentosa Express stops and beach shuttle connect the main family attractions.
This family plan budgets roughly $1,050-1,640 excluding international flights, assuming a family room near Sentosa or the city, one-day Universal Studios tickets for everyone, aquarium and waterpark entry, and casual meals. Theme park tickets are the largest fixed cost, so buy online in advance and look for family bundles.
